The location provides easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The rooftop bar offers fine views, and the staff were supportive, helping us find late-night dining options when needed. Internet connectivity was annoyingly inconsistent , and the air conditioning struggled at times, leaving the room warmer than desired. The mattresses, while comfortable, could benefit from updating to enhance sleep quality.

Very fine dishes and exquisite wines! History you can feel and touch! Nice service staff!
The room faced the street! Very high noise level at night! Cooking and roasting smells in the room!

good stay,, but with room for improvement
The rooftop bar offered fine city views that were a highlight of our evenings. The staff were genuinely friendly, with Klaudia going above and beyond to assist us late at night. Our Standard Room was clean and tastefully decorated. The city view from our room was enchanting.
The air conditioning struggled at times, making it a bit uncomfortable.

the hotel's position in the vibrant jewish quarter made it super convenient to explore nearby bars and restaurants, and it was only a few steps from the high synagogue, perfect for a weekend city stroll.

my husband's 50th birthday was on the second day of our visit and the hotel staff had put a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and glasses in our room - very thoughtful

The very comfortable room with lovely view of Wawel Castle and the square. The excellent breakfast and complementary fruit left in our room. The very pleasant staff in the dining room and the reception staff who were particularly helpful in trying to assist us with information when we realised that our flight home was cancelled due to the volcanic ash problem.
A little noisy in the early hours, with some traffic in the square below our room which was at the front of the building.

I liked that the hotel kept with the same design as the building in surronding are. The room i stayed in was beautiful. It was a suite. It had great character
There is no room service after a certain hour. The restaurant closes so you cant get anything to eat after 10pm. The suite has 2 beautiful beds ajoinned but not appropiate when on a romantic weekend! You only get one bottle of drinking water at start and is not replaced.

The location was great, super close to cool bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar was amazin with fine views of the city. Breakfast was yummy with lots of tasty options. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially justyna at the front desk. We felt super safe walkin around the area at night.
The air conditioning struggled a bit, makin it kinda warm at times. The noise from the tram street was pretty annoying.

Delightful design, great location and wonderful breakfasts.
The freshly laundered towels had a bad smell - every day. It was as though they had been left damp for a while before drying. No tea-making facilities in room.

Hotel was excellent in every way, breakfast on the first two days was superb, see below for third day.
Our stay at the hotel was generally excellent, however on our final day the 5th April, breakfast was very much a disaster! tables were not cleared and food was not replenished and this was only 9am. We would however stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to others.
